These two...this day was soaked in love. Such an honor to be a part of their day.
brittny & eric: a first look film
We were just thinking back to this awesome weekend at The Kaaterskill in the Catskills. We had a blast filming and DJing for these awesome people and just the best group of friends. Add in the mountains, an old barn, animals, whisky-filled bath tubs, and we had ourselves a party! The drone got to run wild too! Check it out!
susie & frank, a first look photo set
We had the pleasure of taking pictures and DJing for Susie and Frank in Philly last month. Here's a peek at some photos!
A surprisingly snowy April Day... the first look at Sassafras -- a cool, timeless bar in Old City... a tear-filled ceremony... and an amazing reception due in no small part to the fact that Susie and many of her friends are professional dancers who tore up Union Trust!
giselle & rory, a final cut film
Oh my, what a day we had with these two! Our most favorite part? They wrote their own vows and privately, before the ceremony, exchanged them alone (with us of course!). It was such a sweet, intimate moment and we were flattered to film it.
jill & poya, a final cut film
These two came to the Lovesick Expo in both Brooklyn and Philly last year and we were so flattered! When it came time for their big day we were blown away at how deeply personal they tailored their wedding. Dual ceremonies, inspiring original poetry read by their friends and family, a rad mix of Persian and American traditions, and vows that made us all a bit weepy. Oh, and Poya played live with the band. Yeah, it was kind of amazing.
a new season begins
Getting ready for a new year of DJing, photographing, and filming weddings is always exciting. So we're looking back on last year and some of our favorite moments. Here's a Final Cut film we are totally smitten with. Dope location, personal vows (and original poetry!), and lots of beautiful light. Good stuff. Enjoy the Final Cut of Katie and Dennis.
